Dyslexia Interventionist microcredential

Carroll University's newly revised Structured Literacy and Dyslexia Interventionist program is back!

The Dyslexia Interventionist microcredential is designed for classroom teachers, reading teachers, special education teachers and speech and language pathologists who want to increase their knowledge and skill on the teaching of reading.

Summer Institute on the Teaching of Reading

Summer Institute on the Teaching of Reading is Carroll University's annual three-day summer institute. It equips teachers, specialists, and administrators with the knowledge and skills to effectively integrate structured literacy practices into a new or existing literacy framework. The Institute includes daily large group sessions as well as afternoon small group sessions tailored to individual grade levels, instructional roles, and needs.

Essentials of Animal-Assisted Interventions

Carroll University is now offering the microcredential Essentials of Animal-Assisted Interventions, where our animal behavior team will lead participants through critical, evidence-based practices emphasizing animal welfare and behavior, as well as professional theory in AAI across multiple professions (including Physical and Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Health, Education, Nursing, and more).
