Office of Violence Prevention Staff

Staff in the Office of Violence Prevention at Carroll University are not confidential reporters. We are subject to federal reporting requirements under the Clery Act and Title IX. This means we are required to report all instances of sexual misconduct to Carroll University's Title IX Office.

Reporting to OVP does not mean an on-campus investigation will occur, nor does it mean a criminal investigation will occur. Unless legally required, we will not give your information to Public Safety or the Waukesha Police Department without your permission. Rather, we report to the Title IX Office to protect the campus community from potential threats and/or track when there are multiple allegations of misconduct against the campus community.
