School of Business
The Carroll University School of Business has been granted membership by the EFMD, a globally recognized membership organization and accrediting body for business schools, business school programs and corporate universities. Carroll’s School of Business is the only institution of higher learning in Wisconsin to achieve this status. EFMD was formerly known as the European Foundation for Management Development.
Athletic Training
The Master of Science of Athletic Training is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE), caate.net.
Chemistry and Biochemistry
Chemistry and Biochemistry is approved by the Committee on Professional Training of the American Chemical Society, acs.org.
Diagnostic Medical Sonography
In this unique partnership program, each cooperating hospital maintains accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP). caahep.org

Education has full program approval through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, dpi.wi.gov.
Music
Carroll University is an accredited institutional member of the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM). The American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) has granted full approval of the bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy.
Neurodiagnostic Technology
Advocate Aurora Health in partnership with Carroll University is currently seeking Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accreditation for the BS in Neurodiagnostic Technology (NDT) program. caahep.org

Master of Occupational Therapy
The American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE®) is recognized as the accrediting agency for occupational therapy education by both the United States Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
The Master of Occupational Therapy program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), located at 6116 Executive Boulevard, Suite 200, North Bethesda, MD 20852-4929. Graduates of the program will be eligible to sit for the national certification examination for the occupational therapist administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). After successful completion of this exam, the individual will be an Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR). In addition, all states require licensure in order to practice; however, state licenses are usually based on the results of the NBCOT Certification Examination. Note that a felony conviction may affect a graduate’s ability to sit for the NBCOT certification examination or attain state licensure.
