News media are welcome to photograph or shoot video of Carroll University's buildings and scenes using the public sidewalks and walkways. To shoot on the university's property, you must first contact us for approval.

Please notify us if you plan to visit Carroll University's campus and we’ll be happy to reserve a parking space for you. In the event that we invite you on campus via a media advisory, there is no need to call before coming.

Policy
To ensure the privacy of Carroll University students, faculty and staff, we ask that all media contact us before visiting campus. We are happy to help facilitate your visit on campus, to arrange interviews and to assist with other multimedia needs.
You are welcome to photograph or film video of Carroll University's buildings and scenes using the public sidewalks and walkways. To film on the university's property, you must first contact the Office of Marketing and Communications for approval. We may also be able to provide you with video on a case-by-case basis. During an emergency, media may be required to remain within a designated area due to law enforcement or safety concerns.
During an emergency at Carroll University, we ask that you contact us directly. During a weather emergency that disrupts normal university operations, our team will contact the news media with information to disseminate to the public.
