Office of Multicultural Affairs

Multicultural Affairs is committed to providing services that promote the success and of our diverse student body and programs designed to enrich students' intellectual, ethical and cultural development.

Pre-College Programs

Helping our current students realize their true potential is at the heart of everything we do. We’re equally committed to younger students interested in learning more about college and providing them with the tools they need to prepare for the next step in their education.

Campus Climate Reporting

Carroll University is committed to cultivating and sustaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive living and learning environment for every member of our campus community. The Campus Climate Response Protocol advances this commitment by providing a mechanism by which individuals may report incidents of real or perceived bias, exclusion, or inequity and seek support through campus resources in addressing those concerns.

Institutional Inclusion

  • We promote justice at Carroll.
  • We value the experiences and expertise of our community at Carroll.

President’s Taskforce on Institutional Inclusion

The President’s Task-force on Institutional Inclusion is comprised of students, faculty, staff and administrators, and is chaired by Dolores Ocampo Brown, senior director of alumni engagement. The taskforce is charged with the opportunity to evaluate and track campus climate, recommend initiatives, policies, and practices to enhance the University’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, and advise senior leadership on critical diversity, equity and inclusion issues.
