The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion supports the mission of Carroll University by providing holistic student support, leading efforts that cultivate a welcoming and inclusive campus community, and creating cross cultural experiences that foster meaningful interactions between individuals of diverse cultures, social identities, perspectives and experiences.

Multicultural Affairs is committed to providing services that promote the success and of our diverse student body and programs designed to enrich students' intellectual, ethical and cultural development.

Global Education

The Office of Global Education (OGE) supports students through CCE advising sessions and sociocultural programming. OGE also offers immigration and cultural support for F-1 international students.

Helping our current students realize their true potential is at the heart of everything we do. We’re equally committed to younger students interested in learning more about college and providing them with the tools they need to prepare for the next step in their education.

Health Careers Opportunity Program

This program recruits high school, undergraduate, and graduate students from disadvantaged backgrounds into a comprehensive allied health and physician assistant education pipeline, retain them through graduation, and prepare them for primary care careers in underserved communities.

President’s Taskforce on Institutional Inclusion

The President’s Task-force on Institutional Inclusion is comprised of students, faculty, staff and administrators, and is chaired by Vanessa Perez Topczewski, associate dean of diversity, equity and inclusion and Dolores Ocampo Brown, senior director of alumni engagement. The taskforce is charged with the opportunity to evaluate and track campus climate, recommend initiatives, policies, and practices to enhance the University’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, and advise senior leadership on critical diversity, equity and inclusion issues.
