As Associate Dean, College of Business at Milwaukee Area Technical College, he achieved success despite challenging life circumstances and brings that knowledge to his job as he works to empower the students he mentors. He also mentors and teaches as Commandant of the Wisconsin National Guard at Wisconsin Military Academy/426 Regional Training Institute at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin.
