Job Title – Student Worker

Purpose of Job

  • To assist faculty, staff and students of Carroll University through working the Office of Student Life. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To work the Student Life reception desk, and answer any questions visitors may have with regard to the various departments within Student Life.
  • To answer phones and emails, do clerical work, data entry and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • To assist the Student Life staff with various manual labor tasks as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service is a requirement for this position.
  • A desire to work in an active public setting.
  • The ability to work well with others.
  • The ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • The desire to represent Carroll in a positive light as a spokesperson for the University.
