What is your teaching style?

I take a clinical approach to teaching, threading clinical applications and correlations throughout.

Why do you do what you do?

I feel it is an honor and a privilege to be able to help the next generation of physical therapists hone their skills.

How do you make learning engaging?

I integrate examples from my current clinical practice into the classroom and part-time clinical experiences to make learning real.  Through coordination of the part-time clinical experiences, which are sprinkled throughout the curriculum, I give students the opportunity to actively practice the clinical skills they are learning in the classroom on real “patients”.

What should students know about you?

I encourage students to set their bar high, because I have all the confidence that they can achieve all their dreams and aspirations.  And I will do all I can to help them succeed.
