International Students Payment Options and Due Dates
The payment of tuition, fees and charges becomes the obligation of the student upon registration at Carroll University and are to be paid no later than the first day of the academic term.
A student may attend classes, take examinations, and be entitled to the benefits of a fully registered student only when all charges have been paid or satisfactory financial arrangements have been approved by the Business Office.

How to View Your Financial Statements
Please review the payment options and due date information available for all international undergraduate and graduate students who are not enrolled in more than three semesters. If you are a graduate student enrolled in three semesters, click here.
- Payment Option One: Payment in full on or before the first day of the academic term.
- International Students - Pay with foreign currency online
- Complete a ‘TransferMate International Payment’ online by visiting my.carrollu.edu and logging into Payment Center. Click here for instructions.
- Once you begin the payment process, you can choose to pay student fees with your home currency through TransferMate. Click here for instructions on how to use Transfermate .
- Payments will also be accepted in person at the Carroll University Business Office located on the Ground level of Voorhees Hall. Acceptable methods of payment include cash or check at the Business Office cashier window. Debit and/or credit card payments on student account balances will not be accepted.
- Payment Option Two: Online Payment Plan
- Online monthly payment plan arrangement. There are three plans available each semester for undergrad students. Choose from a four, five, or six-month plan each semester to cover the balance due on your student account after tuition, fees, late fees, and other expenses have been offset with your financial aid and any down payment you may have made. Your monthly payment will be based on the total outstanding balance on your student account for the current semester. A $50.00 enrollment fee is associated with this option each semester.
- Students can enroll in a payment plan by visiting my.carrollu.edu , then logging into Self-Service, then clicking "Student Finance", and "Continue to Payment Center.
- Note: Students interested in the six-month payment plan should note that housing, meal plans, and financial aid may not yet be finalized. Students can enroll in the payment plan, but charges and credits applied to the student account will automatically trigger adjustments to the monthly amount due. Please contact the Business Office directly at busoff@carrollu.edu or 262.524.7337 with any questions regarding payment plans.
- Students wanting to enroll in a payment plan must pay their plan online either with an international credit card or set up an American bank account and pay online through their bank using the "electronic check" payment option.

- 6-month plan: July through December 2026
- Note: Students interested in the six-month payment plan should note that housing, meal plans, and financial aid may not yet be finalized. Students can enroll in the payment plan, but charges and credits applied to the student account will automatically trigger adjustments to the monthly amount due. - 5-month plan: August through December 2026
- 4-month plan: September through December 2026
Important Information:
- A $50.00 enrollment fee is associated with this option each semester. The enrollment fee is non-refundable.
- Late Fees in the amount of $45.00 will be assessed monthly on any overdue balance (overdue balance: unpaid balance that is over 30 days old) of $120.00 or more.
- International students cannot pay via TransferMate for their payment plan. Here are options to pay on a monthly payment plan installment:
- Pay online monthly with an international credit card (there is a service fee applied when paying with a credit/debit card)
- Set up an American bank account and pay online monthly using the "electronic check" payment method.
- Pay in person at the Business Office with cash or check.
Spring Plans Available
Spring signup begins mid-December.
If you participate in the Fall online payment plan and choose to enroll in the Spring payment plan, access to Spring enrollment will be blocked until your Fall balance has been satisfied, and the Fall program has been closed.
- 6-month plan: January through June 2027.
- 5-month plan: January through May 2027.
- 4-month plan: February through May 2027.
Important Information:
- A $50.00 enrollment fee is associated with this option each semester. The enrollment fee is non-refundable.
- Payment plan arrangements run by semester. If you were enrolled in a payment plan arrangement for Fall, you will need to re-enroll to participate in a payment plan arrangement for Spring or Summer.
- If you enroll in a monthly payment plan after the scheduled billing date (scheduled billing date is the tenth day of July, August, September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May and June), the system will require payment of the $50.00 enrollment fee, a payment for the month in which you are enrolling (even though the due date is not until the twenty-fifth of the month) as well as any past-due installments.
For example, On August 11, 2026, you decide that you would like to enroll in a six-month payment plan for Fall. The six-month plan runs from July through December. Upon enrollment, the system will require payment of the $50.00 enrollment fee, the August scheduled installment, and the past-due July scheduled installment.
On February 11, 2027, you decide to enroll in a six-month plan for Spring. The six-month plan runs from January through June. Upon enrollment, the system will require payment of the $50.00 enrollment fee, the February scheduled installment, and the past-due January scheduled installment.
Monthly payment plan arrangements are subject to late fees. A late fee of $45.00 per month will be charged if the scheduled monthly payment is not received by the due date.
If you enroll in the "AutoPay" option associated with the online payment arrangement, you will need to set up the "AutoPay" information each term.
Students can enroll in a monthly payment plan in their Self-Service portal at my.carrollu.edu.
How to Enroll in a Payment Plan
