International Students Payment Options and Due Dates for 2025-2026

The payment of tuition, fees and charges becomes the obligation of the student upon registration at Carroll University and are to be paid no later than the first day of the semester.

A student may attend classes, take examinations, and be entitled to the benefits of a fully registered student only when all charges have been paid or satisfactory financial arrangements have been approved by the Business Office.

How to View Your Financial Statements

1. Payment Option One: Payment in full on or before the first day of the semester
   • International Students - Pay with foreign currency online
   • Complete an ‘TransferMate International Payment’ online by visiting my.carrollu.edu and logging into Payment Center. Click here for instructions.
   • Once you begin the payment process you can choose to pay student fees with your home currency through TransferMate. Click here for instructions on how to use Transfermate .
   • Payments will also be accepted in person at the Carroll University Business Office located in the Ground level of Voorhees Hall.  Acceptable methods of payment include cash or check at the Business Office cashier widow. Debit and/or credit card payments on student account balances will not be accepted.


2. Payment Option Two:  Online Payment Plan
   • Online monthly payment plan arrangement.  There are three plans available each semester for undergrad students.  Choose from a four, five, or six month plan each semester to cover the balance due on your student account after tuition, fees, late fees and other expenses have been offset with your financial aid and any down payment you may have made. Your monthly payment will be based on the total outstanding balance on your student account for the current semester.  A $50.00 enrollment fee is associated with this option each semester.
   • Students can enroll in a payment plan by visiting my.carrollu.edu then logging into Self-Serive - then clicking "student finance", and "continue to payment center.
     • Note:  Students interested in the Fall 2025 six-month payment plan should note that housing, meal plans and financial aid may not be yet finalized. Students can enroll in the payment plan, but charges and credits that are applied to the student account with automatically trigger the payment plan to adjust the monthly amount due. Please contact the Business Office directly at busoff@carrollu.edu or 262.524.7337 with any questions regarding payment plans.
     • Students wanting to enroll in a payment plan must pay their plan online either with an international credit card, or set up an American bank and pay online through their bank using "electronic check" payment option.

Fall Plans Available

• 6-month plan: July through December 2025
  • Note:  Students interested in the Fall 2025 six-month payment plan should note that ousing, meal plans and financial aid may not be yet finalized. Students can enroll in the payment plan, but charges and credits that are applied to the student account with automatically trigger the payment plan to adjust the monthly amount due. Please contact the Business Office directly at busoff@carrollu.edu or 262.524.7337 with any questions regarding payment plans.
•  5-month plan: August through December 2025
• 4-month plan: September through December 2025

Important Information:

• A $50.00 enrollment fee is associated with this option each semester. The enrollment fee is a non-refundable fee.
• Late Fees in the amount of $40.00 will be assessed monthly on any overdue balance (overdue balance: unpaid balance that is over 30 days old) of $100.00 or greater.
• International students cannot pay via TransferMate for their payment plan. Here are options to pay on a monthly payment plan installment:
  • Pay online monthly with an international credit card (there is a service fee applied paying with a credit/debit card)
  • Set up an American bank acocunt and pay online monthly using the "electronic check" payment method.
  • Pay in person at the Business Office with cash or check.

Spring Plans Available

Spring signup begins December 20, 2025

If you participate in the fall 2025 online payment plan and choose to enroll in the spring 2026 payment plan, access to spring 2026 enrollment will be blocked until your fall 2025 balance has been satisfied, and the fall program has been closed.

• 6-month plan: January through June 2026.
• 5-month plan: January through May 2026.
• 4-month plan: February through May 2026.

Important Information:

• A $50.00 enrollment fee is associated with this option each semester. The enrollment fee is a non-refundable fee.
• Payment plan arrangements run by semester. If you were enrolled in a payment plan arrangement for fall 2025, you will need to re-enroll to participate in a payment plan arrangement for spring 2025.
• If you enroll in a monthly payment plan after the scheduled billing date (scheduled billing date is the tenth day of July, August, September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May and June), the system will require payment of the $50.00 enrollment fee, a payment for the month in which you are enrolling (even though the due date is not until the twenty-fifth of the month) as well as any past-due installments.

Fall 2025

1. Payment Option One: Pay in full on or before the first day of the semester, August 31, 2025


2. Payment Option Two: Enroll in an Online Payment Plan
   • Enroll in a four-month payment plan arrangement for summer 2025.  Signup begins May, 2025.
     • 4-month plan:  June 2025 through September 2025.
   • Enroll in a 4-month payment plan arrangement for fall 2025.  Signup begins July 1, 2025.
     • 4-month plan:  October 2025 through January 2026.  
   • Enroll in a 4-month payment plan arrangement for spring 2025.  Signup begins early December, 2025.
     • 4-month plan - February 2025 through May 2025.

• Students can enroll in a payment plan by visiting my.carrollu.edu then logging into Self-Serive - then clicking "student finance", and "continue to payment center.

• Billing date is the 10th of each month. Due date is the 25th of each month.
• A $50.00 enrollment fee is associated with this option each semester. The enrollment fee is a "non-refundable" fee.
• Monthly payment plan arrangements are subject to late fees. A late fee of $40.00 per month will be charged if the scheduled monthly payment is not received by the due date.
• If you enroll in the "AutoPay" option associated with the online paymetn plan arrangement, you may need to set up the "AutoPay" information each semester.
• International students cannot pay via TransferMate for their payment plan. Here are options to pay on a monthly payment plan installment:
