Dr. Tim Suchomel is an assistant professor of exercise science and program director for the master's program in sport physiology and performance coaching at Carroll University. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Tim serves as the director of the Carroll University Sport Performance Institute (CUSPI) and a human performance coach. Tim has published over 80 peer-reviewed journal articles on topics including strength and power development, weightlifting movements and their derivatives, and athlete monitoring. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and registered strength and conditioning coach (RSCC) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Melissa Chavez
Melissa Chavez, BS
Lake Geneva, Wisconsin
Melissa graduated with her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Carroll University. As an undergraduate, Melissa interned at a private training facility and now works with the Carroll softball team as an Assistant Human Performance Coach.
Shea Connell
Shea Connell, BS, CSCS
Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom
Shea played four years of soccer at Carroll University before graduating with his bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and currently works with the Carroll women’s lacrosse team.  
Cameron Hetland
Cameron Hetland, BS, CSCS, CPT
Racine, Wisconsin
Cameron graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Cameron has played football for 12 years and coached for two years as well. Cameron also interned with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee strength and conditioning staff. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and currently works with both the men’s soccer and football teams at Carroll.
 
Sam Holt
Sam Holt, BS
Waukesha, Wisconsin

Sam completed his bachelor’s degree at St. Norbert College. While at St. Norbert, Sam ran four years of cross-country and track. He currently works as a fellow within the Carroll weight room as well as with the Carroll men’s and women’s tennis teams.

Cameron Kissick
Cameron Kissick, BS, CSCS
Fallon, Nevada

Cameron competed in high school sports such as soccer, football, track and field, and cross country. In college, he competed in track as a sprinter at Whitworth University and completed his junior and senior years at the University of Nevada, Reno. While at Nevada he obtained his CSCS, coached two fitness classes, interned with the football strength and conditioning program, interned in a biomechanics/neuromechanics lab, and was the head sprint and strength coach at Reed High School for track. Here at Carroll, Cameron is the Assistant Human Performance Coach for baseball.

Meshach Roberts
Meshach Roberts, BS, CSCS, ASCA-Level 2
Nassau, Bahamas

Meshach Roberts is the current Swimming and Diving Graduate Assistant Coach at Carroll University. He graduated from Beloit College, with a double major in Molecular, Cellular and Integrative Biology and Spanish. Originally from Nassau, The Bahamas, Roberts represented The Bahamas National Swim Team at numerous international competitions and holds school records in swimming at Beloit. Meshach currently coordinates the strength and conditioning program for both the men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams.

Seth Smith
Seth Smith, BS, LAT, ATC, CSCS
Beloit, Wisconsin

Seth received his bachelor's degree in athletic training from Carroll University and is now a licensed athletic trainer. He has been working with both the men's lacrosse team and esports teams on campus. Seth has also been working as a fellow working with the school's sports medicine team as well as representing the Pioneers as a team captain on the Pioneer baseball team. 

Baylee Techmanski
Baylee Techmanski, BS, CSCS
Trevor, Wisconsin

Baylee received her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. A cheerleader for most of her life, Baylee was a part of Allstar Cheer for many years before joining the cheer and stunt team while at UW-Oshkosh. Baylee currently works with the women's volleyball team and both the golf teams at Carroll.

Jenna Wendorf-Wyss
Jenna Wendorf-Wyss, BS, CSCS
Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Jenna received her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Carroll University. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and currently works with the women’s basketball team.
