Diverse Choices, Challenges and Voices

You are invited to join Carroll University School of Business for a convocation event to celebrate women in leadership. This event will feature an impressive panel of female leaders from the local community, who will share their unique perspectives and discuss the modern-day challenges women are encountering in the workplace.

All Carroll faculty, students, community members and prospective students are welcome.

North American Director, Credit and Fraud, W.W. Grainger

Latoya is a passionate and motivational leader with a high level of commitment and integrity. She has served on several boards and currently serves on the board of a national media organization and the Board of Trustees for Carroll University. In her commitment to her community and church, she actively serves the underprivileged. Outside of work she is a wife and mother, enjoys cooking, traveling and reading.

Owner, Pat’s BBQ, Waukesha

Alisha is a Carroll alumna and owner of Pat’s Rib Place with her husband, Ty. The restaurant has become a favorite spot for locals and recently expanded to a second location in the Milwaukee Public Market. Pat’s Rib Place gained national recognition when its barbeque sauces were included on Oprah’s Favorite Things list in 2020. Alisha has worked hard to build a successful business serving the Milwaukee and Waukesha communities.

Director of Clinical Applications, UW Health

Madhuri Kudrimoti is an experienced, innovative, results-oriented Informatics/Healthcare IT professional with significant experience in enabling clinicians to use technology to deliver timely, safe, and high-quality patient care. She has over 18 years of Healthcare IT experience and has worked as a member for the Advisory Board, working with startup companies as a subject matter expert and helping them establish a footing in the competitive marketplace. Outside of work, she is a mother and enjoys video editing, photography and reading.
Ana Simpson

Ana Simpson

Director of Community and Economic Development at WHEDA (Wisconsin Housing Economic Development Authority)

Ana has had an extensive career in the financial services industry, currently leading a team focused on sustainable economic development statewide. She sits on the Board of Directors of TEMPO Milwaukee, La Familia de Arte and the Advisory Boards of La Casa de Esperanza and Family Services in Waukesha. Additionally, Ana was named a 2020 Emerging Leader of Waukesha by the Waukesha County Business Alliance, the TEMPO Milwaukee Mentor of the Year for 2022 and recognized as one of the most influential Latino leaders by Madison 365 in 2022.

Carrie Toth

Vice President of Customer Experience, Generac Power Systems

Carrie has over 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of businesses, with roles focused on customer service, technical support, and product pricing. She currently leads the Consumer Power Contact Centerfor Generac Power Systems, and is responsible for implementing the global deployment of a customer relationship management system (CRM). Carrie is also passionate about employee support and development.
