Physical Therapy Program Alumni Quotes

I have yet to see a more dedicated faculty, not only to the students but also the profession. They truly go above and beyond; devoting their time, knowledge, and experience to ensure each student is getting the best education possible.

I would say that the PT program not only gave me the tools to effectively help my patients, but it provided a well-rounded, holistic approach to physical therapy. Many of the activities and projects we did were focused on simply interacting with people (Easter Seals, senior wellness, morning exercise class, Avalon Square activities, elderly visits through the community). We learned to treat the person and not the disease.

I can tell you that from day one I felt well taken care of and that every student in the physical therapy program is given the same amount of attention. The teachers really want to help you and improve your skills. They want to make us the best therapists there is and help us pass the boards. I went to a bigger school prior to coming to Carroll and being one out of 100 in physics class wasn't the easiest at times when you were clueless and lost in problems.
