The Office of Global Education (OGE) hosts our Cross-Cultural Experience Program. We support students through Cross-Cultural Experience (CCE) advising sessions and sociocultural programming, along with creating strong partnerships with faculty and local/global partners to ensure students receive fulfilling immersion programs. OGE also offers immigration and cultural support for F-1 international students through intentional advising and globally-focused programming to ensure a holistic university experience.

CCE Coordination: Study Abroad and Carroll Course CCEs
The Office of Global Education is responsible for all CCE Coordination including study abroad and Carroll course CCEs (CCS300 and NCE).
Other services include:
- Work with faculty and administration to support their international efforts in and out of the classroom
- Create campus-wide, co-curricular opportunities for cross-cultural interaction and learning
- Establish and maintain linkages and partnerships with overseas institutions
- Provide individual advising, pre-departure orientation and re-entry assistance for study abroad participants

CCE Advisement
The Office of Global Education provides advising for all students interested in either a Carroll course CCE or a study abroad program. From deciding where to go to returning from your CCE, OGE will be there to guide you. We encourage students to participate in both CCE Peer Advisor sessions and appointments with professional advisors to learn more about a CCE that fits your needs, interests and academic goals.
International Student Services
F-1 international students work regularly with OGE during their time at Carroll University.
Services include: international student orientation, off-campus employment workshops, student immigration advising, and sociocultural programming such as International Education Week. Current international students should visit their Microsoft Teams page to access the International Student Support module offering important forms and international-specific updates.
