Carroll has been approved to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements. Membership in NC-SARA facilitates our institutional compliance with regulations on (a) distance education, (b) out-of-state learning placements, and (c) licensure disclosures.

If you are planning to apply for licensure in a state other than where the program is offered, please contact that state's appropriate licensing board to determine whether the Carroll University program meets licensure/certification requirements in that state.
