Yoga, Zumba®, Les Mills® and more!

From barre to Zumba, you can participate in a variety of classes throughout the semester

Fall 2021 Session | Tues. September 7th - Thurs. December 9th

All classes are taught by certified instructors from the Waukesha YMCA and are free to attend!  Registration required on the IMLEAGUES app for each class using Carroll username and password for log-in.



All classes will be held in the Ganfield Gymnasium (221 N. Barstow) Dance Studio (Upstairs, 201A).

Mondays

ZUMBA®  |  6-7 p.m.  |  Instructor: Karen Tillis
Feel the music move you!  A fusion of Latin rhythms and dance creates a dynamic and effective aerobic workout.  Sweat, smile, and shimmy through easy-to-follow routines.

BARRE  |  7:15-8:15 p.m.  |  Instructor: Brooke Park
Combine functional strength, ballet-inspired exercises, Pilates, and yoga into one energizing class.  You'll focus on optimal posture while enhancing body awareness, coordination, balance, and toning.  Bands, balls, and light hand weights may be used for additional resistance.

Tuesdays

Every beat has a move and every move has a beat!  Combine High Intensity Interval Training with your own bodyweight to improve muscular endurance, tone and definition.

Wednesdays

BOOT CAMP |  6–7 p.m.  |  Instructor: Katelyn Hickey
Challenge yourself by mixing functional training and body weight exercises with interval and strength training.  Military-style exercises like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups provide options for all levels.

VINYASA YOGA  |  7:15–8:15 p.m.  |  Instructor: Amy Sazama
Vinyasa flow is moving meditation that links breath to movement as you flow from one pose to another.  Build up heat by working on strength, balance and flexibility.  Each week, you'll hear new music and practice different sequences.

Thursdays
