Yoga, Zumba®, Les Mills® and more!

From barre to Zumba, you can participate in a variety of classes throughout the semester

All classes are taught by certified instructors from the Waukesha YMCA and are free to attend!  Registration required on the IMLEAGUES app for each class using Carroll username and password for log-in.



All classes will be held in the Ganfield Gymnasium (221 N. Barstow) Studio (Upstairs, room 201A).

Mondays

ZUMBA®  |  6-7 p.m.  |  Instructor: Karen Tillis
Feel the music move you!  A fusion of Latin rhythms and dance creates a dynamic and effective aerobic workout.  Sweat, smile, and shimmy through easy-to-follow routines.

VINYASA YOGA  |  7:15-8:15 p.m.  |  Instructor: Susan Fay
Vinyasa flow is moving meditation that links breath to movement as you flow from one pose to another. Build up heat by working on strength, balance, and flexibility. Each week, you'll hear new music and practice different sequences.

Tuesdays

ZUMBA®  |  5:30-6:30 p.m.  |  Instructor: Nikki Kronz

STRONG NATION® 6:45- 7:45 p.m.  |  Instructor: Nikki Kronz
Every beat has a move and every move has a beat!  Combine High Intensity Interval Training with your own bodyweight to improve muscular endurance, tone and definition.

Wednesdays

PILATES FLOW |  6–7 p.m.  |  Instructor: Amy Sazama
Move with grace as you strengthen your core, increase flexibility and balance, and then relax.  Class combines 45 minutes of Pilates with 15 minutes of yoga and relaxation.

AEROBIC DANCE  |  4:30–5:30 p.m.  |  Instructor: Joan Mueller
A complete aerobic fitness class where dance steps are choreographed to popular music for a fun, sweaty, low to medium impact workout.

STRENGTH ON THE BALL  |  6:00-7:00 p.m.  |  Instructor:  Cortney Youngblood
Work those muscles! Concentrate on toning, core, and flexibility for your entire body using stability balls, medicine balls, posu balls and bosus.
