Yoga, Strong by Zumba®, Zumba® and more!

From barre to Zumba, you can participate in a variety of classes throughout the semester

Spring 2019 Session | Mon. January 28th - Sat. April 27th

All classes are taught by certified instructors from the Waukesha YMCA. All classes are free to attend!

NEW: Monday night Yoga Flow will be held at CGS (Center for Graduate Studies) in the auditorium (LL14).
NEW: Saturday morning Zumba®, from 11am - noon. 
ALL other classes will be held in the Ganfield Gymnasium Dance Studio (201A).

No classes during Spring Break (Sat. March 9 - Sun. March 17); Easter (Thur. April 18th - Sat. April 20th)

Mondays

*Yoga Flow  |  4:30–5:30 p.m.  |  Instructor: Becca Lucarelli
The perfect, peaceful yoga class that moves gently through a hatha yoga flow. A relaxed, calming class that focuses on holding poses, stretching the body and centering the mind. No two classes will be the same.

Strong by Zumba®  |  6–7 p.m.  |  Instructor: Brooke Park
This class combines High Intensity Interval Training with your own bodyweight. You'll improve muscular endurance, tone and definition moving in sync with music that makes you work harder. Every beat has a move and every move has a beat.

Tuesdays

Zumba®  |  4:45–5:45 p.m.  |  Instructor: Krystle Stingle
A Latin dance inspired aerobic workout. Easy to follow, repetitive dance moves to make you sweat.

Strong by Zumba®  |  6–7 p.m.  |  Instructor: Lauren Westphal

Wednesdays

Tone Zone  |  6–7 p.m.  |  Instructor: Katherine Dischler
Strengthening and resistance exercises to sculpt and tone all muscle groups using a variety of equipment including hand weights, resistance tubing, stability balls, ankle bands, and more. 

Vinyasa Yoga  |  7:15–8:15 p.m.  |  Instructor: Becca Lucarelli
Vinyasa flow is moving meditation, linking breath to movement. The poses flow from one to another. Students will build up heat by working on strength, balance and flexibility. Each week, the class will hear new music and practice different sequences – no two classes will be exactly the same.
