How to Address Mail and Packages

Mail and Package Deliveries

Please follow this format when addressing mail or packages for non-perishable items you are sending to campus.

Students have 14 calendar days to pick up packages from the Campus Center Information Desk or Pioneer Shop. After that, packages will be placed in holding for an additional 30 calendar days. If still unclaimed, packages will be considered abandoned property and will be returned, forwarded, or disposed. Food Deliveries

All deliveries of food or perishable items (groceries, pizza, DoorDash, etc) must be delivered directly to your residence hall as follows:

Students must be present to receive grocery and food deliveries from the driver. Amazon, and some other companies, will not deliver groceries directly to the residence hall; they are delivered to 1111 Sentry Drive regardless of the address entered. Use caution when ordering groceries, especially on evenings and weekends, as Sentry Drive (mailroom and receiving) is only open M-F 8am-4pm. We cannot guarantee the safety of perishable items delivered outside of regular hours.
