How to Address Mail and Packages

Mail and Package Deliveries

Please follow this format when addressing mail or packages for non-perishable items you are sending to campus.

Food Deliveries

All deliveries of food or perishable items (groceries, pizza, DoorDash, etc) must be delivered directly to your residence hall as follows:

Students MUST be present and will need to schedule a delivery time for when can accept the delivery directly from the driver at the front door of the residence hall. Orders cannot be dropped off unattended at the front door of your residence hall.  Food deliveries that are sent to 1111 Sentry Drive will be delayed as groceries often do not include the full recipient’s name on the bags, and additional time will be needed to deliver the items safely. The University cannot guarantee the safekeeping of food delivered to Sentry Drive outside of regular business hours (8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday-Friday), and is not responsible for spoiled or damaged items.
