Academic Payment Schedule

Summer 2026 (Terms Vary by Program)

Summer tuition will be due at the start date of the academic period, May 10th, 2026 regardless of which session students are registered in.

Fall 2026

Fall tuition will be due at the start date of the academic period, August 30th, 2026

Winter/Spring 2027

Spring tuition will be due at the start date of the academic period, January 17th, 2027.

Late Fee Policy

If your account balance is not paid within 30 days of the invoice date, you may have holds placed on your account and be charged a $45 monthly late fee if the total balance is $120 or more. Late Fees are charged on the 4th of every month. An account hold will prevent you from registering for future-term courses or receiving course credits, transcripts, or diplomas. CCE Balances are due 30 days before your travel date.
