Visiting Non-Degree Students

Are you a student looking to take a class as a visiting student? Students can take courses at Carroll University for enrichment, skill-building or for graduate study prerequisites. Courses may be taken for credit or audit, where no credit is earned.

Admission Requirements

To enroll in a course, you need to submit the Visiting Student Registration form. This form acts as both an application and registration form for those interested in taking courses at Carroll on a part-time basis (less than 12 credits) as a visiting student.

Submission of the form does not guarantee course availability. The registrar’s office requires an unofficial transcript to verify completion of prerequisite coursework.

Confirmation of your course schedule will be mailed to you within seven (7) days. If you notice an error in your schedule, please contact the Registrar's Office at 262.524.7208. You are obligated to pay all tuition and fees incurred as a result of your registration.

If you wish to drop a course, you must do so in writing through the Office of the Registrar. Refunds are based on the date of the postmark of drop requests sent by mail or on the date of receipt if brought in person or faxed. Your username and password for access to my.carrollu.edu will be emailed to you after registration is completed. Payments may be made online through ePAY at my.carrollu.edu or mailed to Carroll University – Business Office 100 N. East Avenue, Waukesha, WI 53186.

If you wish to become a degree-seeking student at Carroll University, you will be required to complete admission procedures for degree-seeking students, full-time or part-time.
