Our HYBRID (Online / in person) programs provide dual certification in either elementary and special education, or
secondary and English as a second language education. Whether you’re looking to change

You'll graduate prepared to teach grades K-9 (general education) or grades K-12 (special education).
Secondary and English as a Second Language (ESL)
Carroll offers licensure categories in seven secondary content areas (grades 4-12). If you hold a bachelor's degree in Art, English and Language Arts, Mathematics, Physical Education, Science, Social Studies, Spanish or a related area, you'll graduate prepared to teach the specific subject and also be licensed as a K-12 ESL teacher.
