Sheri Treu, ACC is the Director of Organizational Effectiveness with Menasha Corporation, located in Menasha, WI. She holds responsibility for all things culture, development and Equity, Inclusion and Diversity. In developing Leaders of People she also gets the pleasure of coaching managers and senior executives.
As a lifelong learner, she has gained knowledge, skills and insights in a variety of areas and strives to take that learning and share it with others in areas that spark joy and curiosity! Her active involvement in many communities includes: Advisory Board member for Schreiber Institute of Women’s Leadership, Instructor in the Institutes Adv Certificate Series , Chair of ICF WI Outreach and DEIB Committees, DEIB Champion for Global ICF and Adjunct Professor at Lakeland University.
