New/er Faculty Development: The First Year
A multi-part series of events for faculty who have joined Carroll anytime in the last three years.

This year-long program is designed to guide your creation of a fulfilling path to success and joy as a faculty member at Carroll University, with a particular focus on setting meaningful goals for teaching, demonstrating disciplinary expertise, and participating in faculty life as you contribute to your departmental- and college-wide communities. We will meet in person on campus, with hyflex options for attendance to improve access and equity.

This workshop focuses on becoming more anti-racist in your teaching practices in order to mitigate biases and institutional inequities that have been shown to hinder learning and retention for students of color. Please complete the associated e-module before attending the workshop.
