Leading Through Strengths
a workshop facilitated by Dr. Vicky Goodin

We are each endowed with certain innate talents. These talents represent our best opportunity to achieve great success. Rather than focusing on compensating for our weaknesses, our goal should be to recognize our innate talents and build on them: to turn them into Strengths.

CliftonStrengths is an online assessment that helps you discover what you naturally do best, where you have the most potential, and what makes you exceptional. You can use the customized results of this assessment to make meaningful choices, address challenges, and enhance your quality of life.

The CliftonStrengths assessment will help you identify your "top 5" themes of talent from a list of the Gallup-identified 34 most common human talents. Once you recognize your talents, you can begin the process of building them into Strengths and determining the best ways to productively apply them. Gallup's research indicates that people who use their Strengths are more engaged and productive at work and are 3x more likely than others to report an "excellent" quality of life.

During our workshop we will begin the exploration of your Strengths report and the impact that it has on you and your colleagues.
