Job Title – Student Worker
Purpose of Job
Support of professional staff in providing Disability Services; accommodations
Support of professional staff in providing Counseling Services
Support Administrative Assistant in providing service for Counseling and Disability Services departments
Duties and Responsibilities
Screen and transfer calls; respond to email; schedule appointments; prepare client files; greet and check in clients; electronic and hard copy filing;
Assist in providing accommodations including but not limited to testing, note taking, electronic text
Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Ability to accurately follow procedures, respect and follow confidentiality procedures, work with attention to detail
Customer-focused, helpful attitude; desire to creatively and proactively accomplish tasks
