Biography

In addition to being an adjunct professor at Carroll, Jerry Schulz is an author and consultant on the use of information technology. 

He served as manager of application development for the Milwaukee Public Schools from 2007 through 2012. Schulz served as director of Information Systems for the Catholic Archdiocese of Milwaukee from 1999 through 2004. He also served as the manager of Information Systems for Waukesha County from 1993 through 1999.

He is also the author of “Engaging Your Citizens Using Social Media,” published in 2013 by the International City and County Managers Association (ICMA) and “Information Technology for Local Government: A Practical Guide for Managers,” published by ICMA in 2001.
