Biography
Dan Freschi is a passionate leader, specializing in leadership and organizational development, talent and performance management. Before starting his business, EDGE -Where Leadership Begins, he served eight years of Active Duty in the United States Army, gaining experience leading Soldiers in garrison and combat. Dan has extensive experience in manufacturing, health care, oil and gas, financial services environments, consulting, coaching, training, and developing employees and leaders at all levels.
