Join ABIC as we explore meteorological analytics with our favorite meteorologist, Lindsey Slater. 2028 Carroll alumna Lindsey Slater has always been fascinated by the weather, in all forms. After Slater earned her B.S. in Environmental Science here at Carroll, she began her career with Chief Meteorologist Mark Baden at WISN 12.
Slater went on to earn her B.S. in Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University. Since then, she has worked with the WKOW Weather Team in Madison and the National Weather Service in Sullivan, where she became a certified storm spotter. Slater returned to WISN 12 in 2016, and helped to install the locally famous Carroll weather cam.
