The best way to overcome stress, anxiety, and disengagement in these times through the power of resilience.  But what is resilience exactly? Why is this trait more important than ever? In this compelling and timely program, we will define resilience, take a “fitness check” assessment to determine the strength of their “resiliency muscle” and unpack the FIVE proven ways everyone can build their resiliency muscle.

Lora Haines is a Learning & Development specialist with over 10 years of experience designing and facilitating engaging, world-class corporate workshops for on-site and virtual delivery. Lora began her career facilitating for Walt Disney World, focused her master’s thesis on engaging millennials, and is fiercely passionate about making sure every training/workshop is as engaging as possible for both on-site and virtual delivery. She is a certified coach and passionate about helping create engaged teams through dynamic training, coaching and organizational development initiatives.

As a Director of Training and Development at JB Training Solutions, Lora delivers best-in-class corporate training workshops to companies across the country including Marriott, Subaru and MLB Network. She is a 2008 Carroll alumna.
