Pioneering from Home: Don’t Worry, Brie Happy: Virtual Cheese Class & Tasting with John Harrits ‘76

History suggests cheese one of the oldest foods know to humans. During this free virtual event, connect with alumnus John Harrits ’76, retired microbiologist and cheese manufacturer, as he explains the origins of cheese and how chemistry, biology and physics all interact to produce the cheeses you love. Some of the cheeses we may evaluate include cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, blue, swiss, gouda and other artisanal varieties. Final cheeses featured will be included in your confirmation so you can shop ahead of time and virtually participate in the taste-testing part of the event!

Reserve your spot today for this FREE EVENT! Confirmation sent prior to the event will include a Zoom link and access information.
