Residence Halls

We can accommodate approximately 1,000 overnight guests in our residence halls during the summer months (depending on availability). Many of our residence halls are new, air-conditioned, suite-style units with separate bedrooms housing 2-5 people per unit.

Sneeden House

Our beautiful and historic Sneeden House is available for small groups. This is a charming residence built in 1921 and located next door to the President's House in a historic, residential neighborhood. It offers three bedrooms, including The Presidential Suite which has a private bath and mini-fridge. The house is also available for parties and other events and can accommodate up to 60 guests, with indoor and outdoor spaces available.
