COVID Testing at ProHealth Care Medical Group - Waukesha Urgent Care

Reserve a spot at ProHealth Urgent Care Big Bend Road -  bring your insurance information, they will bill your insurance. Insurance companies usually cover COVID testing if you have symptoms or were exposed.

Please use your local Waukesha address so Waukesha County Health Services are notified of the results.
