Per Semester Cost

Carroll offers 13 undergraduate residence hall options to suit a variety of needs and budgets. Traditional halls serve as home to the majority of first-year students. Suite-style halls are available for students who have achieved sophomore status or higher. Apartments are recommended for students who have achieved junior status or higher.

2024-2025 Undergraduate Housing

Traditional Halls

Traditional halls typically serve as home to incoming and first-year students although they are available to all students as a living option. The exceptions are Steele and Swarthout Hall, which are only open to incoming students

Suite-Style Halls

Suite single halls are available for students who have achieved sophomore status or higher. Suite doubles are open to all students.

Frontier Hall | Pioneer Hall | Prairie Hall

  • Suite Single: $4,490 / semester ($8,980 / academic year)

Undergraduate apartments are available to students who are juniors and seniors.
