Campus apartments offer upper-level living in double or triple occupancy units for undergraduate and graduate students. All apartment units have air conditioning, bathroom, living room, kitchen and standard residence hall bedroom furniture, including XL Twin bed frame and mattress, desk, chair and dresser. Some units feature a hutch and bookcase. Laundry services are included as part of the housing fees and machines are provided in each housing facility.

Choose from flexible layout options including Double Units (two students sharing a bedroom/bathroom, or Triple Units (one single bedroom and one double bedroom with three roommates/apartment sharing one bathroom).
The College Avenue Apartments offer a unique option with a private balcony or patio and are just a short five-minute walk from Carroll's Main Hall. These apartments feature flexible layouts with Double Units (two students sharing one bedroom/bathroom, or Triple Units (one single bedroom and one double bedroom with three roommates/apartment sharing one bathroom).
The Hartwell Avenue Apartments consist of a multiple-building complex conveniently located approximately seven minutes from Carroll's Main Hall and offers an autonomous lifestyle for students who have reached junior status or higher. Hartwell A and D feature two-bedroom units with a shared bathroom. Hartwell B offers single-occupancy units reserved exclusively for students with approved medical accommodations. Hartwell C is reserved for Upper-Division Housing, featuring one-bedroom units.
