The BHR program is delivered as an intensive training experience totaling 105 hours of learning, delivered via a hybrid model.

Stackable Digital Badges

Participants earn verified digital badges upon completing eight of the nine modules, which stack toward the full Behavioral Health Responder Certification and represent learning outcomes that can be shared on professional platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and digital portfolios.The badges include metadata that employers can verify, enhancing credibility in a competitive job market.

Kalie Bach

Kalie Bach

Kalie brings 19 years of military service and extensive experience facilitating trainings in prevention, advocacy, and leadership. Her background includes serving as a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Victim Advocate, Parenthood, Pregnancy, and Postpartum Advisor, and military course facilitator, along with volunteer work as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and Family and Victim Advocate.

Kalie is a Retention Career Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor in Training, and Project Management Professional, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Leadership and Organizational Development at Carroll University, with a focus on trauma-informed leadership and expanding access to support for individuals, families, and communities.
