It took only three months from the time Kelly Monroe M.Ed. Dr. Kathy Kramer has been named the founding dean of the School of Education and Human Services at Carroll University. Dr Kramer, who has three decades of teaching experience, previously served as interim dean of the school from July to December 2020.

After a youth choir performance in Shattuck as an eighth grader, Sarah Jensen ’14, M.Ed. ’18, knew she was destined to attend Carroll University to pursue her life-long plan of becoming an educator. Sarah earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education from Carroll.
