Carroll offers a wide range of Veteran- and Military-Friendly programming throughout the year
 
In celebration of Veterans Day on Monday, Nov. 11, Carroll will be hosting several events and activities across campus, including:
 
  • Veterans in Focus Art Exhibition
    • ​Nov. 11-22 in the Humphrey Memorial Chapel and Art Center Narthex. 
    • Special meet and greet with veteran artists on Nov. 18 10–11:30 a.m.
  • Notes of Gratitude 
    • Write a note of thanks to a veteran
      • Veterans in Focus Art Exhibition Nov. 11 from noon–2 p.m.
      • Campus Center Lobby Dec. 3-4 from 7:30-9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
  • Greenlight a Vet
    • Carroll University will be illuminated green at night in honor of our student veterans and all veterans. The Greenlight Project, started by Walmart, uses the color green to symbolize hope, renewal and well-being.
  • Vets Eat Free
    • On Veterans Day, veterans eat free in the Gert Ullsperger Main Dining Room (MDR) with their military ID.
  • Vets Shop for Less
    • On Veterans Day, veterans receive a 20% discount on one item in-store at the Pioneer Shop.
  • Coffee and Doughnuts
    • On Veterans Day, veterans can enjoy coffee and doughnuts in the Veteran Student Lounge located within the Student Involvement Center in the lower level of the Campus Center.​
