Master of Occupational Therapy | Direct Admission Application Requirements and Guidelines

Carroll University students granted Direct Admission status for Occupational Therapy as first-time freshmen follow the application instructions below.  All other applicants should see this link for instructions.

Students may begin submitting application documents the summer between their junior and senior years at Carroll University.  All application materials must be received by November 1 .   Early application is encouraged.

Application Requirements

  1. Graduate Studies Application No application fee
  2. Personal Statement
  3. Resume
  4. One letter of recommendation from an Occupational Therapist or instructor. Please share this link with your reference for submission.
  5. Evidence of 20 hours of shadowing OR completion of the Occupational Therapy Online Shadowing Experience
    • The Occupational Therapy Observation Hours Log must be completed with the signature of the occupational therapist(s) that was observed.
    • Complete the Occupational Therapy Online Shadowing Experience here (Password: LucasQU). A copy of the completion certificate is needed for proof of completion.
