HYFLEX FORMAT 

Carroll’s HyFlex format is built for working professionals. You can attend class in person or join live online, giving you direct access to experienced faculty and industry leaders—while still balancing work, school, and life.

Finish Faster

Students can have up to 12 credits waived if undergraduate courses or prior work experience fulfill one or more of the MBA course content requirements. All accepted applicants are eligible for review.

STEM Designation  

International students can remain in the U.S. for an additional two years of Optional Practical Training (OPT), which equates to three years total without an H-1B visa. STEM designation can enhance your career prospects with E-Verified employers.

MBA Curriculum

The Carroll MBA consists of ten graduate classes (30 total graduate credit hours). Courses are offered in a convenient, eight-week format, so you can earn your MBA while you work. You may elect to complete two courses during the 16-week semester while being able to focus on each independently. You'll meet one evening per week in a traditional classroom setting, in addition to completing a flexible, online component for each course. The MBA includes a core curriculum of four courses dealing with topics such as project management, leadership, finance and analytics. You determine your remaining coursework by selecting a specialization and elective courses or by selecting two specializations. Your coursework will include practical, real-world examples that will immediately benefit you at work.

Students enrolled in Carroll's MBA program will receive three complimentary coaching sessions. All of our coaches are certified and members of the Wisconsin International Coaching Federation. Coaching sessions are confidential and are designed to help our students break through barriers and move their careers forward.
