About the Program

The four-course Healthcare Informatics and Technology certificate is designed for individuals interested in gaining further knowledge of healthcare information technology and the data within these systems. Through this certificate program, participants will use healthcare information technology and analyze data to improve clinical care and operations through a variety of projects. At the completion of this certificate, participants will be prepared to use and evaluate healthcare information technologies and perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics on data obtained from these technologies.

Admission Requirements

Undergraduate coursework in introductory statistics.

  • HCA686: Healthcare Information Management
