Spreadsheet Analytics (ABIC101)

Learn about descriptive analytics, an introduction to regression analysis and linear programming taught using Microsoft Excel functionality. This applied training course will be broken into two, four‐hour sessions.

How to Build Cybersecurity into Programming Function (ABIC203)

This advanced training course will provide managers with the knowledge necessary to ask the right questions of their engineering teams, determine what resources are necessary to implement good cybersecurity practice and how to begin the journey. This executive training course will be eight hours long. The morning session will focus on general cybersecurity in the programming function, with the afternoon designed for experienced programmers.

3Hag Workshop (ABIC305)

This workshop, led by 3HAG methodology creator Shannon Byrne Susko, will break down the three steps of building your own 3HAG (three‐year highly achievable goal) in order to achieve confidence in your strategy. Confirm your advantages and spot key market opportunities. Identify the priorities that address these opportunities. Map your three-year plan quarter by quarter and year by year. Track progress and spot needed changes on your three- and five-year goals.
