In today's market, employers are struggling to find talent, while many job-seekers complain they can't find a job. Meanwhile, the fact remains that the best analytics programs have one thing in common - the right talent with the right skills. Learn more about what this looks like, how to achieve it (yes, it IS possible!) and a data-driven perspective on the current state of the data jobs market.

Dustin Schimek is an entrepreneurial thought leader in the analytics field, passionate about leveraging data to create new opportunities. He has held progressive analytics roles in the corporate world, and recently launched several initiatives to promote the value of analytics & help individuals enter the field. This includes the launch of the "Data Careers Summit" with co-host Brandi Beals. The Data Careers Summit is a twice-per-year event aimed at helping individuals break into and move up in the data & analytics fields.
