She brings a futurist's eye, a business executive's savvy, and an author’s storytelling skills to the stage, leaving audiences with actionable insights they can use in their work and life.

Thomas is an industry developer with a history of successfully driving market adoption of cutting-edge technologies. He is sought after for visionary workshops that blend technology with accelerating business revenue. Prior to founding the Stonington Group, he was chief strategist at Intel Corporation, where his 26-year career focused on global engagement with industry, governments, systems integrators, NGOs and global development agencies. Thomas is well-known for driving computer industry standardization and next-generation solutions, including founding the Desktop Management Task Force (DMTF), creating and directing Intel’s Distributed Enterprise Architecture Lab, and architecting core technologies behind the LANDesk™ Management Suite. Thomas co-authored the book "Mashup Corporations" and has participated in World Economic Forum Information Technology, Internet Security, and Cloud Computing activities. A 1984 graduate of Carroll University, he recently was honored as a 2019 Distinguished Alumnus.

In addition to founding Milwaukee-based Pendio, which helps companies implement strategic frameworks to digitally transform their business and find opportunities for growth in times of extraordinary change, McLees is founder and executive director of the TENXEcosystem for Advanced Manufacturing. TENX is an exponential ecosystem hub focused on helping middle-market manufacturers improve their capabilities to leverage industrial technologies and execute growth strategies. Founded in 2019, it is comprised of more than 100 high-performing Wisconsin component manufacturers, as well as 50 service providers and technology companies focused on helping manufacturers close existing operating gaps. McLees created frameworks for “Digital Ecosystem Design” and the “Supplier Readiness” methodology, which Foxconn and other OEMs use to future-proof their supply chain and develop new value-added solutions. McLees speaks nationally on topics that include the exponential rate of innovation, work of the future, disruptive business models and the rise of digital ecosystems.
