What is your teaching style?

I like to create a positive and productive learning environment where no one is afraid to express their opinion and ideas to others.

Why do you do what you do?

I like to share my passion with other people, and teaching in the Physical Therapy Program allows me to combine my love for physical therapy as well as my interest for learning and teaching.

How do you make learning engaging?

I use my past clinical experience to give student’s specific examples of how I have used the course content in a real clinic situation. I encourage small group and class discussions to allow students to share ideas and experiences.

What should students know about you?

Laughter is very important to me. I try to incorporate this into my classroom which helps to create a warm and inviting environment, as well as so many other health benefits!
