- Complete Carroll University Youth Options Application
- Send a copy of official transcripts to Carroll University
- Send original, signed, district-approved YOP Progam Plan & Report to Carroll University

| After the student has been approved to take courses at Carroll University as a Youth Options student, he/she will receive an authorized registration form. |

Important Information for Students
- Address all correspondence to the attention of Part-time studies.
- Admittance to Carroll University as a YOP student requires a 3.00 cumulative GPA or special permission.
- Official transcripts must come directly from high school to Carroll University. If transcrips are issued to a student, they must be in a sealed envelope with the high school's stamp over the seal.
- Students must have district approval (in the form of the YOP Program Plan & Report) before he/she is allowed to register.
- Upon acceptance to the YOP program at Carroll University, it is not necessary to apply to Carroll again for a subsequent semester of enrollment.
- Each semester, students must receive district approval to take courses under the YOP program.
- Each semester, a YOP Program Plan & Report signed by a district contact and approved by Carroll university must be on file in the Part-time Studies Office.
- Tuition for any classes taken without district approval is the responsibility of the student.
