Admission Criteria
Carroll University is committed to enrolling students who will be academically and socially successful at our institution. Transfer admission is generally reserved for those students who have been academically and socially successful at their previous institution. A cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher is generally required for full-time admission. Please refer to the university catalog for admission criteria and processes for specific academic programs.
Admission Process
To apply for admission to Carroll University you need to submit the following documents:
- Application (NO APPLICATION FEE) or Common Application
- Official Transcripts
- Verification of high school or GED completion (copy of official transcript will be acceptable).
- Transfer students must submit official transcripts from ALL institutions of higher education attended.
- Standardized Test Scores
- Transfer students may have this requirement waived
- Report Form
- Personal statement
Evaluation for acceptance generally takes one to three weeks and is done on a rolling basis. To monitor the status of your application please utilize the MY CARROLL WEB PAGE site found at www.carrollu.edu under Prospective Student.
