Carroll Chamber Orchestra will perform

November 16, 4pm

WAUKESHA, WIS.—An afternoon of chamber music will be presented at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, in Shattuck Music Center, 218 N. East Ave., Waukesha. This concert is free and open to the public.

Carroll University’s Chamber Orchestra is directed by Motoaki Kashino. It enrolls string players of all majors and disciplines, as well as winds, brass and percussion players.

This performance will highlight “Petite Suite” by Claude Debussy. In “Concerto for Two Clarinets” by Georg Philipp Telemann, the featured performers will be Luke Miskov, a 2012 Carroll graduate, and senior Kristine Culver. Other pieces are W.A. Mozart’s “Ascanio in Alba” Overture and “Serenade for Strings” by Vasily Kalinnikov.
