Proficiency Testing in Foreign Languages
Students who have extensive background in a language other than English might be able to earn up to 16 credits in on language by demonstrating proficiency. The proficiency exam is intended for students with a more extensive background than high school foreign language study only. Carroll University grants credit to qualified degree-seeking Carroll students through the Proficiency Testing Program in Foreign Languages sponsored by New York University. The Office of International Education administers the test during the fall and spring semesters.
