Scope and Policy Statement

Carroll University communication systems (including, but not limited to, computers, telephones, fax machines, online computer services, voicemail, e-mail, e-mail aliases) are to be used only for conducting University business.

This means that such communication as solicitation of products and services, personal business, offensive, harassing, insulting language, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and time consuming messages is prohibited.
