Carroll University announces October and November arts events

WAUKESHA, WIS.— Carroll University announces its arts events for October and November 2012. All events are free, unless otherwise indicated. To Oct. 7 “Drawn from Life: Three Art Alumni” featuring Andy Fletcher ’00, paintings, Frank Juarez ’97, paintings, and David Powell ’68, sculpture, Main Hall

To Oct. 19 Carroll Art Alumni Group Exhibition, mixed media, Marceil Pultorak Atrium Gallery. Gallery closed Oct. 13-16.

Oct. 7 Faculty Lecture and Organ Recital by Leon W. Couch III, 4 p.m., Shattuck Music Center; free

Oct. 18-Nov. 20 “Book Passages: A Visual Journey” by William Zuback, archival ink jet photographs, Main Hall; Reception: Thursday, Oct. 18, 5-7 p.m.
