Alumna's photographs on Good Morning America
February 6, 2012
WAUKESHA, WIS.— Photography by Vince Padilla and Michaela Marecek, a 2011 graduate of Carroll University, will appear on “Good Morning America” Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012. The show will feature a Red Hot Valentine’s Day Idea, boudoir photographs as a gift for your loved one. This segment will highlight the growing popularity of boudoir photography across the country and will include images by Vibrance Photography in Sun Prairie, Wis. “Good Morning America” airs from 6-8 a.m. Central Standard Time.
In addition to capturing weddings and senior portraits, Vibrance offers glamorous boudoir portraits. Boudoir photography is an artistic tradition historically captured in a private suite near the bedchamber of an elegant woman. Dating back to paintings of voluptuous Renaissance women, boudoir photography began with the risqué pinup girls of the 1900s. Today’s contemporary style celebrates all forms of feminine beauty. Many photos are presented as gifts, some are taken as a couples shoot and some are “just because” sessions. The intimate portraits are elegant, empowering images that tastefully capture an individual’s definition of sensuality.
