Audit
You must complete an application for graduation to receive a graduation audit that ensures you are completing the requirements for your degree. After you apply, you will receive a letter from the registrar, access to the Class of 2013 My Groups page, and notifications to your Carroll email account. If you have questions, contact the registrar at 262.524.7208.
Registration Survey
Complete the survey at a workstation (or your personal computer) to indicate attendance at Baccalaureate and Commencement.
Academic Regalia
Order your cap and gown.
Photographs
Empire Photography will offer a professional sitting for graduates in sample regalia to include in announcements or for keepsakes. This service is free and no appointments are necessary. Proofs are sent directly to the address provided, and you can order prints starting at $14.95.
Announcements
A Herff Jones representative will be available to answer your questions and help you place orders for personalized announcements, thank you notes, personalized notes and envelope seals to help you announce your accomplishment and send as graduation invitations. Graduate packages are available.
Class Rings
A variety of traditional and contemporary designed rings will be on display throughout the day. With a lifetime warranty, each ring is built to last a lifetime. Visit the Herff Jones website for details.
Gifts
A selection of alumni items from the Pioneer Shop and gift ideas from local merchant Jess Fleur Fun will be on display.
Career Services
A counselor from Career Services will be available to answer career-related questions regarding resumes, interviews, the job search, grad school and any other issues you may have.
